The Bridge House Hotel is the building on the right hand side of the above photograph. The hotel was demolished in the early 1980’s to provide affordable flats.
Mrs Ada Barker was proprietoress of the Bridge House Hotel in 1938. She was probably related to Blaster T. Barker.
